#7 North Carolina (0-0) vs Purdue (0-0)

Post  javelina94 on Sat Jan 10, 2009 1:39 pm

Oooooo....here we go. This rivalry has been brewing since RPS joined the dynasty. Trash-talking on the boards since Day 1....gotta love it. Osufan has done a great job with his team leading them to become ACC champions last year and an impressive BSC bowl win vs BCS buster Florida Atlantic. Now RPS on the other hand is a great coach but has his hands full with a not-so-impressive Purdue football team. But he TRULY has what it takes to take control of the Big 10. Who wll win this fueling rivalry with a powerhouse and a up and coming BCS team??

I say that RPS and the Purdue Boilermakers find a way to win. 35-31 Purdue

ehhh, he's the best player i've played to this point. and to each of our credit, we both have pretty loaded squads in our other dyansty. WAY more talent than i have on this purdue squad...but i'm quietly confident, we will see what happens.

wow...all this confidence from the league. osu boy, if you have any game, you'll handle my team's lack of talent. but it sounds like people don't think you are the real deal!

nah, no chance. i have no players, and simply can't keep up with the speed. 3 seasons from now, it's a very different story, i'd think.

Your O was OK even though there was like three picks but, you could not stop the run and your speed in the secondary was no match to my two 97 speed recievers. Good game though, and I hope to play you again.
