The Cal Bears topped off their undefeated season with a shut out victory over then-unbeaten South Florida. "It seems as if we came to play and showed no mercy. South Florida had no answer for our offense at all. Jason Slaughter ran wild and Sam Campbell threw the ball very effectively. We played great football." said by Coach Javelina. But South Florida had no answer for the Cal high powered offense. Topping well over 500 total offensive yards for the game. And holding South Florida under 200 total offensive yards. "Turnovers are the key. Usually who evers has the least amount of turnovers usually wins the game." said by Coach Javelina. Cal Played a great game and now the competition grows brighter with the BEGINNING OF THE NEW ERA OF FOOTBALL. BETTER USERS AND BETTER TEAMS.
